1. Fields of application and modification of the conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Classic Legend Motors website.

Classic Legend Motors reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

2. Our offer

All offers of products, services and delivery methods, at the prices indicated in Euros, are valid in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, within the limits of available stocks.

For orders from European Union countries, the VAT rate applied is that of the country of delivery.

For orders from countries outside the EU or overseas territories, the products will be invoiced to you excluding taxes and you will have to pay shipping costs calculated according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. Upon receipt of the package, you will have to pay customs duty and local VAT depending on the country of destination. The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to you when choosing the delivery method.

The items we sell are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. If despite all our precautions, errors may have occurred, we could in no way be held liable for this fact.

The photos representing the products have only an indicative value due to the alterations that may exist due to their transcription on the site.

Except in the case of warranty, any operation between Classic Legend Motors and its customers, not disputed within 7 days of delivery, cannot give rise to a claim.

3. Validation of orders and electronic signature

Any purchase order signed by the consumer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question within the limits provided for in these general conditions of sale.

The "double click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of message integrity constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties in the same way as a handwritten signature.

4. Order

The order can only be registered on the site if you have clearly identified yourself either by entering your customer code, which is strictly personal to you, or by creating an account on Classic Legend Motors if you have not yet registered.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. The contract is formed when the confirmation of your order is issued.

5. Price

The prices are indicated in euros and take into account the French VAT in force. For promotions, the period of validity of these is indicated to you in the product sheet.

6. Payment and security

6.1 BY CREDIT CARD

Payment is made on a secure bank server. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the Classic Legend Motors site. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure: your order will be recorded and validated as soon as payment is accepted by the bank.

6.2 SECURING

Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. Classic Legend Motors has no access to these coordinates, and does not keep them on its servers. This is why they are requested from you with each new transaction on our site.

6.3 PAYPAL and PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT

Your payments are made directly on the PayPal site via encrypted pages using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Classic Legend Motors has no access to your bank details. This method of payment involves a connection to the Paypal website in order to retrieve your payment information (and delivery in the event of payment by Paypal Express).

6.4 RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP CLAUSE

The products remain the property of Classic Legend Motors until full receipt of the order by Classic Legend Motors. However, from the time of delivery, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

6.5 DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

Classic Legend Motors reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress. .

7. Terms and delivery times

Classic Legend Motors undertakes to respect as much as possible the shipping time given to you as an indication on the product sheet.

We only offer home delivery at the moment. For this one, it takes a shipping time of 2 to 5 days followed by a delivery time of 2 to 3 days, from our warehouse to your home.
Amount of home delivery: from 8.99 euros (Metropolitan France).

All parcels will be delivered to you against signature (proof of delivery).

The delivery times that we always strive to respect are only given as an indication.
If an imperative delivery time is agreed, the seller will notify the customer of this as soon as the impossibility is foreseen by agreeing on a new date without compensation being required for any reason whatsoever.
Similarly, no compensation may be claimed if an item cannot be delivered: either following an unforeseen stoppage of production, or following strikes, accidents, natural disasters, impossibility of supply or for any other cause beyond our control.
The withdrawal period is 14 days for non-professionals, the return costs are at your expense and depend on the return conditions.

8. Satisfied or refunded

"Satisfied or your money back", here is the motto of Classic Legend Motors! Above all, our team seeks your satisfaction.

Classic Legend Motors agrees to exchange any item with a sizing, fit, or satisfaction issue.
You have a period of 14 days, after receipt or withdrawal of your order, to request an exchange or refund of unworn items, in their original packaging, which do not suit you ( see the return conditions on the website ).
Items that have suffered damage cannot be exchanged. The law authorizes us to apply a discount when the product has been worn beyond what is normal, ie beyond your right to trial.

Under no circumstances is Classic Legend Motors responsible for the loss or deterioration of packages returned for exchange.
COD packages will be systematically refused.
The exchange is free, you do not pay a new fixed contribution to the shipping costs.
The refund will be made within one month following your request or the recovery of the goods via the payment method you chose when placing your order.

9. Provision of the law “computers and freedoms”

At any time, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.

In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this can in no way affect the validity and respect of these general conditions of sale.

11. Responsibilities and Dispute Resolution

Classic Legend Motors cannot be held liable for inconveniences and damages relating to the use of the Internet network, such as a break in service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any case qualified as force majeure by the courts. .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts which the plaintiff may seize at his choice: the court of the place where the defendant lives, of the place of actual delivery of the thing or of the place of performance of the service of service.
These conditions are subject to French law.

According to the law of March 11, 1957, any reproduction, even partial, of the elements of the Classic Legend Motors site requires the prior written consent of Classic Legend Motors.
